Coaching for 13 years, Casey is currently in his 8th season as Swarthmore's Head Coach. Since 2005, Swarthmore has consistently competed in the upper divisions of the Suburban Swim League, highlighted by undefeated seasons in 2005 & 2011, a 4th place overall finish at the 2007 League Championships, and a 3rd place overall finish at the 2011 League Championships. Additionally, 63 of SSC's 80 swimming records have been set during his tenure at the club. During the school year, Casey teaches Physics at Upper Darby High School and coaches the Men's & Women's Swim Team, where he has had PIAA State Qualifiers in the 50yd Freestyle and the 100yd Freestyle as well as numerous AAA District 1 Qualifiers.

Casey returns to Swarthmore Swim Club staff for her 2nd season. During the winter season, Casey is the Head Coach at the Healthplex Sports Club. Previously, she has served as a Camp Counselor for ESF Summer Camps where she has been a swim instructor and lifeguard. Casey is currently swimming for Widener University and is majoring in Communications. As a 2009 graduate of Upper Darby High School, Casey organized Laps for Leukemia as a charitable fundraiser and continues to involve herself in Breast Cancer Awareness meets at Widener University.

Michael returns to Swarthmore Swim Club coaching staff for his 2nd season. Michael is a former member of the Swarthmore Swim Team and a 2011 graduate of Strath Haven High School. A former SSC record holder in the Senior Boys 200 Medley Relay, Michael currently plays Water Polo for the University of Rochester.
